Ipod Touch 5th gen Empty storage, still says full

I have a 32Gb iPod Touch 5th Gen.

I received a message that the memory was full.

Connected to desktop, transferred all photos/videos.

It is still saying the memory full.

Try the following steps:

  1. Reset your iPod touch. Nothing will be lost.
  2. Clear history and website data from safari settings. This will delete all the data you use in safari.
  3. Restore your iPod using iTunes. This will restore your iPod to its factory settings.
  4. If restoring using iTunes doesn’t work, erase all content and settings.
  5. Set up your iPod as “new.” Or restore from a previous backup.
  6. More information: Restore your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch from a backup

Good luck!
