Ipod Touch 5th gen Empty storage, still says full
I have a 32Gb iPod Touch 5th Gen.
I received a message that the memory was full.
Connected to desktop, transferred all photos/videos.
It is still saying the memory full.
Try the following steps:
- Reset your iPod touch. Nothing will be lost.
- Clear history and website data from safari settings. This will delete all the data you use in safari.
- Restore your iPod using iTunes. This will restore your iPod to its factory settings.
- If restoring using iTunes doesn’t work, erase all content and settings.
- Set up your iPod as “new.” Or restore from a previous backup.
